There are only positive aspects to this hotel. Staff was very friendly and even served us food near the restaurant's closing time! Breakfast was basic but the bread was fresh and home made! There is no way to fault this hotel, they really want to please and they do it well. The infrastructure is awesome.
You will need a sattelite navigator to get you there.

Beautiful and very clean rooms. It is a huge plus that dogs are allowed! Our dog is a big dog but he is very well behaved. It was nice to be able to travel with the special member of our family!
When we first arrived, we were met by a very unfriendly staff. We felt unwelcomed; however, the owner of the hotel was very pleasant. They have very thin walls if you are light sleeper!!

The bar and restaurant area were nicely decorated and cozy, and the food was delicious. The views from the rooms were breathtaking and definitely worth the trip. , the staff was always helpful and friendly, which made us feel welcomed.
The noise level was unbearable. The walls were so thin that we could hear every single movement and conversation from the neighboring rooms, even the bathroom noises!

The location of this hotel is perfect, right on the Camino de Santiago and surrounded by lush hills in the beautiful Valcarce valley. The staff were wonderful, from check-in to the restaurant staff who greeted us and served us delicious meals. The rooms had rustic charm with comfy beds and some even offered a view of the picturesque surroundings. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, with well-appointed bathrooms and nice personal touches.
The thin walls, which made it a bit noisy at times.
